We advise our clients with designing cast iron products in advance, because a cast design of the planned work pieces can reduce the necessity of reworking and optimize production costs. We will also design castings according to your specifications.
Construction of prototype
A strong suit of the Stahlmann GmbH is the construction of prototypes and the production of single casts. Together with our customers we develop efficient and future-oriented solutions. We take over the complete planning from the initial idea to the start of production.
Model Construction
A proper construction of the model is the prerequisite for dimensionally correct casts, which fulfill the exact requirements of our customers. This is why we value high quality when constructing models, which in turn produce dimensionally and technically correct cast iron parts. The use of our CAD system allows us precise processing as well as uncomplicated and rapid communication with our customers via email.
Core Production
Cores are the central piece of every cast part. They constitute the hollow spaces and undercuts of the future casts and are the basis for making optimal use of the versatile design possibilities of the casting process. Due to our extensive knowledge and continuous quality control, we reach the necessary precision required to reliably realize our cast parts in core manufacturing processes.

From the raw casting to the ready-to-install component – we offer everything from one hand.
Thanks to our own, richly equipped CNC machining centres, we also offer mechanical processing of castings of the highest quality. This has the advantage for our customers of massively reducing time and financial expenditure for administration and logistics.
